Description of Service:
Atcross.com.sg currently provides users with access to our catalog/shop front, shopping cart and forum.
**Catalog/Shop front: The catalog/shop front acts only as a guide. Book covers shown may differ. Stock is subject to availability and may be subject to change without notice. Price, though unlikely, may subject to changes and differ from the listed price. Atcross.com.sg, however, promise to honor the listed price at the time of your purchase.
Warranty of Goods/Services
All our items will serve their intended functions.
Terms of Warranty
All warranty conditions (if any) are stated in the items information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.
Prices
All our prices are already discounted or nett. No additional discounts will be given unless during monthly promotions or special bulk purchases.
Delivery services
Delivery is free for orders above S$50.00 and delivered within Singapore. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.
Payment Processing
We only accept Internet and ATM Funds Transfer payments. Cash on delivery is available for orders above $50. Meet up at MRT can also be arranged.
We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
Exchange & Refunds
Satisfaction Guaranteed. Our books are of top quality, but we understand that sometimes you are not happy with something you purchase. You can return any item for any reason for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. The customer is responsible for return mailing. Please note - we do NOT resell returned books here on our web site.

Stock Availability:
At atcross.com.sg, we try to minimize holding unnecessary stocks to ensure our value customers received brand new, out of the carton books from publishers all over the world. We have 4 main categories:
- within 48 hours
- within 2 - 3 working days
- within 3 - 4 working days
- within 12 - 14 working days
Gifts Services:
Atcross.com.sg provides gift wrapping and direct mailing to the destination you want. With our experience staff handling this service, you can be assured that the person will be happy to receive the gift. This will help you to save a lot of your precious time. We are only charging S$2.00 for this extra service.
